During the Autumn of 2015 we employed Mansi Building to project manage the building of our ground floor kitchen extension. We were very happy with all aspects of the service provided and would therefore have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Throughout the planning/quoting process we were kept fully informed about the choices available to us and Gavin even highlighted any potential cost savings; It was clear right from the start that he was keen to help us maximise value for money while providing a quality finish.

The team were on site for approximately 8 weeks and were always on time and totally professional; clearing up as they went and keeping the (unavoidable) disruption to a minimum. They worked in a way which meant we could use our old kitchen for as long as possible and when it eventually had to be removed they went the extra mile to ensure we had a temporary solution in place.

Gavin was always positive and enthusiastic; providing us with regular progress updates and always on hand if we needed to discuss anything with him in particular.

Choosing the right people to plan and build our extension wasn’t easy as we’d never embarked on a project like this before but we were so glad we chose Mansi Building as not only were they competitively priced but they were able to provide total peace of mind during a potentially stressful time. We were so pleased with the results and will certainly be inviting them back when we start our next project.
